RCS Complete Painting was selected to deliver the painting scope on a project that required adaptability: not every exterior surface required paint, but every surface that did had to be executed with precision.

On the exterior, RCS focused on all metal elements and balcony ceiling surfaces, working in coordination with the concrete and stucco trades to ensure clean transitions between materials. The interior scope covered the full development: every residential unit, all common corridors, and the complete amenity program.
