Augustine is a luxury multifamily development in Austin, Texas, featuring over 350 apartments and an extensive amenity program that includes wellness facilities, a spa center, and an 80-unit courtyard surrounding the pool area. RCS Complete Painting was brought in to deliver the complete painting scope, including specialized surface preparation across multiple material types.

This project demanded precision across a wide range of surfaces and finishes. RCS teams handled walls, metal work, and all wood elements throughout the property, including railings, siding, and vents surrounding the pool courtyard. Every amenity space — from the massage center to the wellness facilities — required distinct color palettes and premium material application. RCS assigned specialized crews to each scope area, ensuring that interior residential units, exterior facades, and amenity spaces each received dedicated attention from experienced professionals.

The diverse material palette — covering drywall, metal, and wood surfaces — required different preparation techniques and application methods for each substrate. On-site supervision was maintained throughout the entire six-month execution period. Project lead Samuel conducted regular quality reviews across all areas of the development, from residential units to the poolside courtyard, ensuring that every surface met the standard before the final client walkthrough. RCS's process extends from color selection through project completion: the client is involved at every decision point, and the team remains on-site until the ownership group confirms full satisfaction with the delivered product.
