Interior crews worked through units, corridors, and common areas while exterior teams handled all painted surfaces from ground level to roofline. The project was delivered in six months, on schedule and to the client's full satisfaction.

Exterior materials were selected for UV resistance, weather durability, and long-term color retention at height. Interior finishes were chosen for consistency, washability, and a professional-grade appearance across all 400 units.
