3 Twenty is a 350-unit multifamily development in Austin, Texas, consisting of three buildings with 120 units each. RCS Complete Painting was selected to deliver the complete painting scope across all three structures, executing the project in three coordinated phases over a five-month timeline.

The project was structured around a phased delivery model: Building 1 served as Phase 1, followed by Buildings 2 and 3 in sequence. RCS deployed dedicated interior and exterior crews simultaneously, each specialized in their respective scope. Interior teams handled unit finishes, common areas, and amenity spaces while exterior crews managed siding, balconies, and all exposed surfaces across buildings ranging from 2 to 10 stories.
Premium materials, tested on-site first.
Before production began, RCS coordinated directly with the ownership group to source and test premium materials on-site. The client evaluated finish quality, durability, and color accuracy before approving materials for full-scale application. This pre-production testing process ensures the final product meets the exact standard the client expects, with no surprises at walkthrough.
A full walkthrough, surface by surface.
At project completion, RCS conducted a full walkthrough with the property owners to review every surface, identify any adjustments, and deliver a finished product that exceeded expectations. This final review process reflects the company's commitment to delivering projects that clients are fully confident in — not just technically complete, but finished to a standard they are proud to present to residents.
